The part of the work that runs itself

You set the goal, the standard and the boundaries. Agents do the part that repeats — writing, publishing, distributing, buying the reach, reading the numbers — and everything they do is a row you can see, stop and put back.

A heartbeat that reads your numbers

Your space opens on the one dashboard for the work — audience, content, reach and revenue, each a room rather than a report you go and fetch. Five starting points fit most operations: company, newsroom, creator, local business, family. The numbers on it are the same ones the agents act on, so there is never a second version of the truth.

Agents act on lanes, not on everything

Every change an agent can make belongs to one lane — a headline variant, a send cadence, a budget, a ranking weight. A lane carries its own caps: how many changes an hour, how many a day, how many cents. The row is written before the act, never after, so there is no such thing as a change that happened quietly.

You choose how much rope, per lane

Four settings, from recommend (it suggests, you do it) through draft and supervised to managed (reversible changes under the cap apply on their own). Money and sending start supervised; account state never leaves recommend. Your ceiling is the maximum, and a property owner can only tighten it further — never loosen it.

It proves itself or it reverts

A change settles at a fixed age and is then scored against that lane's own track record, in standard deviations. One that does worse than what it replaced takes itself back out. Nothing survives because it was somebody's idea, including ours.

One inbox for everything that needs you

Anything outside the caps, anything irreversible, anything a lane is not trusted with yet: it lands in one approvals inbox with what it would do and why, and waits. Not five notification streams and a settings page per product.

Ads: one platform, two kinds of inventory

Campaigns on our own network and campaigns on the Meta, Google and TikTok accounts you already own sit in one table, under one buyer. You state a goal — a CPA or a ROAS — a budget and where it runs; the buyer reads the raw delivery ledger daily and moves budget, bids, creatives and exclusions toward it, applying the moves itself or filing them for one click.

We run a newsroom on it

IJR publishes every day on this machinery — the same desk, the same distribution, the same ad network, the same analytics. That is the reason the page you are reading describes what happens rather than what is planned. See IJR.

What it will not do

  • Move money or send to your list beyond the caps you set.
  • Change your account state — that setting suggests, and never acts.
  • Publish prose no editor reviewed: every writer passes the editorial desk before anything reaches a reader.
  • Hide who did something. Agent, teammate or you — the ledger names the actor on every act.
