Deleting your connected-account data

When you connect a Facebook page, LinkedIn profile, or X account to a journal on OpenServe or IJR, we store an encrypted access token for that page and the public page details (name, link, follower count), plus a log of the comments our reply agent considered on your own posts. We never store your Facebook user token.

Remove one connected page

  • ·Open your journal dashboard and find “Auto-post to your accounts”.
  • ·Click the × beside the page you want removed.
  • ·The stored token and the page record are deleted immediately; the comment ledger for that page is deleted with it.

Remove everything

Deleting your account from Settings removes every connected page, token, and ledger row tied to it. You can also revoke our access from Facebook’s side at any time under Settings → Business integrations, which invalidates the tokens we hold; we drop the dead records on the next sync.
